I am an Australian business man living in Saigon. I am looking for a house in District Tan Binh.
I have a House leased in Tan Binh presently for $700.
We are looking for a house or factory(300sqm) from which we can operate our office and a small manufacturing business of very specialized garments for infants.We are looking for 4 bedrooms minimum , each room should be approx 20sqm (3.6mx5.6m)empty space, larger the rooms the better.
It is important that the environment be clean. Air Conditioning is a must as is adsl with reliable speeds of 100 mbps with FPT. Only master bedroom requires bedding, no other furnishing is require.
