with regret I am leaving my room in Gritsville City Limits, second floor, on st63, corner310. Big Green Gates, Phnom Penh. Ive had a great time there but sometimes you have to move forwards and on. SO my room is available for rent, Own bathroon, large kitchen with cooker oven and washing machine, second bathroom, very large balcony and living area, loads of room, share with two other great guys from England who are into there music, films etc. Very affordable rent, $150 a month plus bills which are charged at a local rate by the landlord. Internet which is $10 a month plus very cheap cleaner.
