Large room in shared apartment, Huge living area, balcony front and rear, ceiling fans, air-con in bedrooms, both rooms en-suite. Electric showers, kitchen and utensils, cable tv, internet and computer.
Very secure, friendly neighborhood, close to all of town.
Rent is $200 per calendar month plus one months deposit, water is measured per cubic metre and last month cost $4, electricity last month cost $25* and internet coats $25 EACH per month.
*if you choose to use air-con you will be expected to pay a greater share of the electricity bill, both rooms are metered separately.
Potential flatmates must be clean, I don't need clean freaks, just that you clean as you go. No pedophiles, crack heads or yabba fiends need apply.
