Hi, available from 1st August, a furnished double bedroom to rent in a large house in BKK 2 - large living area, shared bathroom and kitchen plus an extra room that is used for storage.

The house is very big and decorated old Khmer style i.e. not modern but has wonderful wooden ceilings and floor, large windows, all with security bars, ceiling fans (no air con) but its an incredibly airy house so not hot. There is a Khmer family who live under the house but the two properties are separate and they keep an eye on things so its very secure.

The rent is $275 per month plus approx $35 for bills - water, electricity, rubbish, cable tv, no wifi as I use a dongle.
