Hi,
I am going to live the house at the end of the month: there will be one room available from end of May...
We are looking for one person to share a house in Phnom Penh (4 people in total in a big house...).
It is a traditional house (wooden first floor and concrete groundfloor) that is composed of 4 bedrooms (of which two have their own bathroom), one bathroom, two big living rooms, one kitchen, nice and big balcony and a paved court yard.
Adress: #75 street 480 (south from russian market, between streets 155 and 163)
The total rent is 480$, to be shared between 4 people (120$ each).
Charges include salary of the house cleaner (25$ per person per month), electricity (around 20$ per person each month) and water (around 5$ every two months).
All equipments and furnitures are in already but some more can be brought in if needed!
