We are a couple in late 20s looking to rent a one-bedroom apartment in BKK1 area in Phnom Penh for 5 months from 8 July 2010. Would also consider a flatshare with own bathroom.
We are both easygoing NZers moving to Cambodia to work for an NGO.

We have a studio room in VTRUST apartment costs $275/mth and one bedroom with living room costs $350/mth plus with cable TV $5, garbage collection $5 but cleaning $20, internet $30 and laundry $30 are optional.
The apartement has one bedroom, one bathroom with hot water, fully furnished (A/C, standing fan, closet, refrigerator, writing desk with reading lamp), 24 hour security & receptionist and service maintenance.
