Postage to UK

Has anyone any experience of posting from Phnom Penh to the UK, and can offer any advice on how best to do it (egPost Office or Private Courier) and associated costs? Thanks

The post office is as good an option as any. I have sent packages to Europe and AUS from there.
One trick at the post office to learn is that YOU should buy the stamps and also affix the stamps to your letter or parcel yourself.
This is snail main so, If you need express delivery use a courier

EMS behind the post office worked well for me to send items back to the uk.
Think i paid about 30 bucks for 1kg and it was in the uk in 3 or 4 days (working days)
