The Phnom Penh office of the telecommunications giant Mobitel was cordoned off Wednesday by a phalanx of police and military police officers to help deal with an “internal matter” at the business, police and company officials said.
Arriving at about 7 am and parking their motorcycles along the curb, about a dozen military police and traffic police stood outside the three-story building for roughly five hours, shooing away motorists trying to park their bikes and pedestrians attempting to enter the office. …

You just have to ask one of their many employees for the lowdown - they can't seem to keep their mouths shut.
Personally I believe the full page advert placed in every newspaper that there is no problem whatsoever and it is purely an internal matter.
