That's a pretty broad question so let me try my best to answer it ;

Beer ( Case of 24 cans ) ; $15
Beer ( one can in bar ) ; $1.50
Spirits all range from $5-$20 a bottle. Basically CHEAP !!!!!!!
Cigarettes ; 25c - $1 a pack
Rent ; $200 - $400 a month will get you a sweet 1++ bed flat. See this one ;

A motodop ride anywhere in town is 50c - $1
A burger in most places is $6-$8
A decent coffee $1.50 - $3
You can go to a Pho restaurant and have a bowl of delicious Viet pho soup and an iced coffee for $2. You can go to a Khmer beer garden and have some BBQ beef and a jug of beer for $4.
DVDs are $2 an then $1 when you exchange
Furniture can be bought really cheaply at the Cane places or you can lash out and get beautiful stuff made.
Homewares are all cheap at the markets. $1 for a plate.$1 for a glass etc etc
A boat ride costs $10 an hour but you can get 10++ people on most of the boats.
A driver with Camry will cost you $50 a day.
A dirt bike will cost you $12-50 a day
A car license will cost you $30
A traffic fine will cost you 2000r - $1

Let me know what else you need to know !
