Belle and her dance crew

I must doff my hat to the Chinese House in Phnom Penh who will host Cambodia's favourite contemporary dancer, Belle and her own dance crew, Silver Bell, for a night of new creations and innovations steeped in their upbringing in classical Khmer dance.
Make a note of the date. Saturday 11th September at 7.30pm. Belle has been fine-tuning her group for the past seven years (this performance is to celebrate their birthday) and ten members will perform a series of contemporary dances together with poetry, photo projections, drums and of course, a solo from the first lady herself to close the 45 minute show. It promises to be a spectacular show, not seen before in the city, so definitely worth the effort for all culture vultures and dance lovers to make a date with Chinese House on that day.
Belle is at the forefront of contemporary dance in Cambodia and this will be a unique chance for her and her dance students to show what they are made of, as well as enjoying the fun element of dance. It's a birthday party afterall. The admission price is a mere $1.
