Hi I live in a really charming and cosy little appartment behind sothearos near wat botum and himawari hotel (close to victory monument) its in one of those little backstreets behind 246. The neighborhood is great and safe.
Rent is 250 a month, the full price is 320 dollars including everything: electricity (30) and (real) fast WIFI (20)+ the cleaner (20).
Its free from 10th february till 12 march.
There is one bedroom with aircon, one living room,
a kitchen and a balcony + a bathroom with hot water. There is an extra little room over the kitchen that I use for storage.
There are also ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living rooms.
The rooms are old colonial style with high ceilings and the beautiful classic old ceramics with white and red checkers on the floor.
Its all ll furnished and decorated in the most exquisite way.
There are two guards at night downstairs so U can park ur moto safely.
There is also a safe in the apartment that U can use.
Reliable and cool persons wanted only and you'll have to take care of my plants too.
