Hi, we have a room available in a really nice and large apartment near Tuol Sleng on street 350.

The rent is $200/m or $210/m depending on the bills and it's all inc (elec, gas, wi-fi + cleaning lady coming twice a week who irons as well)

The flat is great and has a good vibe. There is a terrace with chairs and tables, large living room, kitchen + on the top floor we have another living room + room + bathroom for guests and friends.

You will be living with 2 other people.

The room is available from the 25th August although if you need to move earlier you can stay in the guest room in the mean time.
