bedroom "apartment" with a nice German girl. There is a small kitchen,
living room and large, breezy terrace. The room is spacious and
furnished, with AC, and you would have you own bathroom (toilet +
shower). There is also a spare bedroom for visitors. Rent is
$130/month, plus extras (cleaning, wireless, electricity..), for a
total of under $200/month (depending on electricity usage). A lovely
American lady, her daughter and cat live on the second floor, and the
first floor is inhabited by our friendly and helpful landlords.
Location is very central (BKK2): a few blocks north of Toul Sleng, a
few min walk away from the Olympic stadium. Wat Lanka and all the fun
of St 278 are a short bike ride away. Sihanouk Blvd Lucky's
supermarket is also very close by. A great deal all around.
