I will be leaving Phnom Penh shortly, and so my lovely room, in a shared 3 bedroom apartment will be up for rent from 10th April.

The apartment is located on the corner of 306 and street 63, right in the heart of BKK1, and has a big balcony, nice Western-style kitchen (with oven!), living room with cable TV, and washing machine. Walking distance from a few grocery stores; close to Natural Garden for organic fruit and veg, and street 278, where you'll find lots of nice bars and restaurants.

The room is big, with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with hot shower, aircon and a ceiling fan, and wardrobes. The room has a door on to it's own balcony and one large window, so lots of natural light and air, the apartment too has lots of windows. The apartment is very secure and we have a 24-hour security guard. It is a lovely place and I have had a great time living here. 

The rent is $350 per month, electricity and WiFi are extra, with a $350 deposit.

I will be leaving 10th April.
