Saw this on the Phnom Penh Animal Welfare Society Facebook page and thought reposting it here might have more luck. The Facebook page also has a picture of the tiny thing.:

"URGENT CALL FOR A MOTHER CAT WITH KITTENS FOR ABANDONED BABY KITTEN!
We found a tiny kitten at the pagoda today, about two weeks old, its eyes are open but has no teeth. At this age they are very unlikely to survive unless fostered by a mother cat who has a litter around the same age. Does anyone have a mother cat with a litter of about 2-3 week old kittens?
We will take some of your kittens and find homes for them later as well as pay for vaccinations in return. If you can help please contact Nicky Scales ASAP on 017293654.
