The modern building and faculties also influences how we approach the guest experience in regards to service. The painting on the hotel wall from receptionist area running through to all the guest rooms’ door discovered a new story creative under khmer traditional living style in the angkor area. We look to find and create new service standards to give each guest a personalized experience. There was thoughtfulness put in the placement of each piece of design in the room and there is thoughtfulness in how we welcome and attend each guest.
