Available from April 22. You will share the apartment with two nice guys.
Rent is $80 plus bills, until Aug/Sep. After that, the rent will be $160.
(They are building a new house next to ours so the landlord halved the rent during construction.)
Deposit $160. The apartment/room is fully furnished with an AC/fan and an ensuite.
Construction is generally from around 7am until around 5pm. 5-7 times a week. It hasn't bothered us too much the past 4 months, as we are away during the day at work. I am vacating the room because I am leaving town, not because of the construction.
