The centre caters for small numbers of children. As a result, teachers know the
children and their families well. Friendly, caring and open relationships help promote a sense of the centre as an extended family. Children are warmly greeted and are quick to settle into the programme. They are well supported by teachers to make choices in their play. Children display good social skills and older children play well with younger ones. They are confident to approach their teachers.
