Title: Senior Human Resource Officer
Report to: Human Resource Manager

Location: Hochiminh City

1. Job responsibilities
· The Senior HR Officer is responsible for independently and efficiently performing the assigned HR tasks at highest productivity level;
· The Senior HR Officer supports the HR Manager in managing and developing HR Team towards the Company’s long-term strategy;
· The Senior HR Officer provides supervising and coaching other junior members in HR-related issues and empowering all junior members
· The Senior HR Officer is capable of performing all HR-related activities, including: Recruitment, Training & Development, Managing HR Database, Employee relations and other HR tasks.

2. Job requirements:

2.1 Essential:
· Have HR knowledge and extensive experience with significant achievements;
· Be approachable & supportive person;
· Have good communication skills both in Vietnamese and in English (Speaking, writing, listening);
· Have an excellent attitude.

2.2 Desirable:

Have up to 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
