Our client is a premium property developer in Vietnam. They are urgently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Director with responsibilities and requirements as below:

Position : Sales and Marketing Director ( Expats are encouraged to apply)
Line of Reporting : General Director (Expat)
Location : Ho Chi Minh City
Salary : Competitive based on qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, implement, and manage Sales and Marketing strategies and activities in short term and long term;
• Control preparation, execution and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, events and promotion programs;
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of S&M including methods, costs, and results;
• Be responsible for achieving S&M target, increasing profit and developing customer database;
• Maintain relationship with existing customers and search for new customers;
• Promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors;
• Recommend and apply policies and procedures to enhance S&M operations;
• Other duties assigned by the General Director.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Relevant university degree required; MBA is preferable.
• Solid experience in sales and marketing management in real estate industry;
• Fluent English;
