Job Profile

· Organization of work of the Department of Communications with the External Commercial Network, working out and applying the strategy of development of the external commercial network in the assigned Region, achieve the goals that approved by the Head of Sales and External Sales Manager
· Devise regional business strategies, set direction and focus for the team and ensure development and implementation of an integrated regional business plan to achieve region’s Coverage, Sales, Distribution, POSM, market share objectives.
· Ensure optimum utilization of all resources provided to drive distribution, brand presence and visibility at PoP, consumer engagement and trade relationship.
· Ensure all marketing activities carried out in the region are aligned with company strategy
· Create appropriate working environment through team building, motivational support, effective change management within the team and distributors to attain a winning organization.
· Lead & guide Sales Executive in assess, recommending and developing professional Exclusive distributors as long term business partners to meet the challenges of the dynamic and changing business environment.
· Actively participate and contribute in managing people for appropriate development of the whole Sales & Distribution organization through recruitment of right talents, competence development and career planning.
· Keep central marketing team and other relevant functions updated at all times on the market dynamics, competitors’ activities, own plans, progresses, performances and accounts through standard and ad hoc reports to facilitate effective and coordinated planning, making informed business decisions and generating timely actions.
· Generate innovative ideas for effective Sales and distribution to gain competitive advantage in the changing regulatory, trading and social environment. Drive implementation of the ideas through regional business plan and/or national monthly plan.
Candidate Profile

Qualifications:
· Strong leadership and motivational skills
· Effective communicator with team building and organizational skills.
· Good command of English (Speaking & Writing)
· Computer literacy

Experience:
· Previous Area or Channel Management experience of FMCG Company. Preferably minimum 2 years field experience
· Previous experience in mid-management position, with responsibility for people, budgets and profit.
