7. Willing to work extended hours.
8. Can perform effectively with minimal supervision.
9. Tactful but firm in interpersonal dealings.
10. Competent in a computerized environment.
11. Preferably who has 1 year experience in a hotel or online reservation system agents/consultant is an advantage.
