Based on my experience, DMCI's condos are really nice. Gustong gusto ko na may pagka resort-type yung mga condo nila. And sobrang nakakafeel at home yung units nila.
Did you mean na relaxing ang mga condos nila? Are you a DMCI dweller? How about the vicinity?
I heard units there are good, very clean and safe especially to those na may mga kids. they even have playgrounds where kids can play with other tenant's kids.
Where do you rent? I think all of their condos promote community building.
I'm renting at one of DMCI's condo and as per my experience I can say that they are really good and they have a friendly and very safe environment. I've been renting here for a year now and I haven't encountered any problem.
