I'm looking for an apartment or a flat or a small villa/house for me and my boyfriend. We need at least 2 bedrooms, western kitchen, a lounge and bathrooms. Hot water would be nice and aircon is necessary, a balcony if it is a flat or a small garden if it is a house. Clean and safe with one parking space, hopefully on a street that doesn't flood.
Anywhere between Wat Phnom towards st. 360 would be ideal. Am not interested in going in to Russian Market area or ToulKok.
Absolute maximum price is $700 p. month.
We cannot move until late May, but I am living in Phnom Penh already, so I can come and look if you or a friend has anything that fits our criteria.
