There are villas all over BKK1 for rent with signs out but good luck finding a "colonial" they are very rare. Posting here won't help much other than to attract silly sprukers !. Get out on a moto and go look ! . There is one brand new one next to us in TTP for $1700 ( prob neg ) with 4 beds and a rear garden. PM me if you are interested.
