I appreciate the free service here but this page seems a mess to me. I had asked about AVATARS before but received no reply. Also curious how the 'updated' and "new" red tags appear as I am unable to use those when I have a listing to update, or a new listing to post. Maybe I am missing something obvious?

I know we cannot mandate photos, but it would be nice if people would take the time to load some for each listing. It would only help you to find a tenant.

We did start with one team back in late 2010 to create a new revamped site, however after 3 months it was just not working. We now have a new outsourced team working much more efficiently. They have already completed over 110 man hours of work on the site. many more to go.

There is a lot of work that the users do not immediately see that is happening on the back end.

We have another possibly 100 more hours work to do over the coming months. Development cost and EAS does not have a huge revenue source so we are a bit tight right now. Hang in there. Maybe buy an ad to help us out.

Hi! first of all I would like to say great for your all of your pages. I really appreciate but is stead of I would like to talk about Real Estate page forum. It been a good page for searching a accommodation but it too many unprofessional real estate agent booming and made bad experience to many expat by cheating, rental price. or if we ask about neighborhood they just say it good for sometime they pretend don't answer the question. I knew that many agent work hard for serve their client and reliable and some unprofessional such no uniform ...

I really appreciate for they try to work but they even don't know what is the word real estate mean. I suggest you can still allow one person per page but should be available.

some agent they has more than 3 phone number. and if we call them. they said oh sorry this is gone and they got your number. always call disturb and don't know requirement of what we are looking for.

from I understanding many agent they don't has properly office and if client has problem in their apartment no office agent always say sorry am busy.

sorry to say that and is not my business but it really harm for professional real estate that they been working hard and in other way no office real estate agent made expat worry and scare about cheating.

I have placed an ad for my apartment about 2 hours ago and it is now gone. I take it you have classified me as an agent, but I am not an agent. I have only 3 apartments for rent, and only one available now.

Please advice if I can repost or not
