Looking for a room or very small apartment, rent paid until the end of June. Budget: 200-250 dollars / month.

I would like:

- Security (I'd like to be able to leave a few things - and I keep late hours so don't want to feel worried about coming home at odd times)
- Privacy - I live in a community with 60 children and 40 adults, and as much as I love them all, when I come to PP I enjoy being alone!
- A double bed, table and chairs (simple or no décor is best!), place to hang a few clothes
- Bathroom with hot water
- Cable TV and internet (preferably included)
- Basic kitchen needs (fridge, hot plates, a little food storage)
- Balcony or free access to a terrace
- A safe place to park my motorbike
- Separate entrance or free access to building at all times
- Upper floor preferred; I like air and light.

No cleaning or laundry needs, but I wouldn't turn them down if included in price.

I also smoke and would like to be able to have friends over when I please - although it's for talking, not disco or karaoke evenings.

Preferred areas: the usuals... BKK1 or riverside-ish, somewhere central and relatively well-lit.

I will only be using the room / apartment 2/3 nights a week (although sometimes more often), as I currently live in a village about an hour south of PP but need to come to town every now and then.
