Room available in lovely apartment in September for rent. Sharing with a friendly female from Italy.

The apartment is on Street 322 in BKK1, very central and close to shops. It is light and airy with a great living area, washing machine, good kitchen, oven and small balcony. It also has a 24-hour guard. Rent is $300 per month, plus electricity. Water, internet, gas etc included. We also have a housekeeper that comes on Sundays.

The room is fully furnished (bed, dresser, wardrobe etc) with a great ensuite, aircon, fan etc.

The room is available 11 September.
