I'm moving out of my room in a 3 bedroom apartment in the coming weeks and looking for a replacement.

The apartment is located on 115 and 232, very close to Orussey and Olympic Stadium. It is on a lovely street and very central.

The room has aircon and a bathroom including a hot shower. There is a shared living room and shared kitchen with a microwave. The apartment has a washing machine and a housekeeper that comes 2x/week to clean and do washing/ironing. The landlords are very sweet, the roommates - an American guy and a Canadian guy -- are cool and responsible. There is wifi in the apartment.

Monthly rent, including electricity, internet, and housekeeper, works out to around 225 USD. Deposit is one month's rent (166 USD).
