The apartment building is on St 9 in Tonle Bassac, central to Luigis, BKK1, Riverside, Independence Monument, etc. It has a modern kitchen, nice living room, 2 bedrooms (1 ensuite- yours!) which both have huge closets and king beds. Terrace on our floor opens up to the whole city and is perfect for hosting friends. The amenities are all super nice, there are 24/7 guards, and there is an elevator to carry you up to the 7th floor. Rent is 300/mo + utilities + other (housekeeper, internet). I am leaving the apartment after living there a year (loved it the whole time!) with my wonderful roommate - a 28 y.o. French NGO worker - and am looking for someone staying longer term to replace me who is down to make the apartment more of a nice home starting in late August/September.
