Hi! I'm seeking a new flatmate to share my 2 bedroom place on St 9 near Meta House, Sovana BBQ, the Royal Palace -- pretty central and accessible to many places in the city. The flat itself is modern and clean, comes with all kinds of kitchen supplies, and we share an incredible building terrace with a view of the whole city (apartment is on the third floor of a seven story building, and yes, there is a lift). Your room features a nice wardrobe, fan, aircon, and a comfortable double bed. The place is also located in a relatively safe neighborhood, and there is a pretty sweet little market on our street. I am a friendly American/Ecuadorian recent uni grad working for a legal NGO here in PP - pretty relaxed and sociable!
