My roommate just returned to the states and I'm looking for someone to fill the empty room. The apartment is just south of street 294 (Boat noodle/Talk to A Stranger one block away). It's a nice, fully furnished flat, with aircon, cable tv, stove, refrig., a small balcony and a security gaurd at the gate. Rent is $270 per person + utilities. It works out to about $330 per month with electricity, etc. Your room has a full sized bed and bathroom.
