One bedroom apartment (with A/C) in the second floor will be available for rent from 1 July, street 59, off Sihanouk Blvd., Angkor Tailor.

If you pay upfront for 6 months or 1 years stay, you might get a discount, otherwise, it is 300USD/month for the rent.
Other costs are: 15USD for wifi, 3USD for waste collection, and if you don't use A/C then water and electricity bill would never more than 10USD.
