I will be leaving Cambodia soon so I am advertising my room for rent.

I am leaving behind a spacious bedroom in an apartment that has 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, king size beds, hot water, big closets, air-cons in each room, modern kitchen and fully furnished. It's located on street 9, very central, near Bassac Lane, BKK1, Independence Monument Riverside and lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment is nice and cosy, with an open kitchen, living-room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is on the top floor (7th floor) of a building, with an elevator and an amazing rooftop terrace overlooking the city. There are also 24/7 guards, the landlady is very nice, and it is near a local market (Psar Khabko) with motodups and tuktuks on the street readily available. The apartment is very open, breezy and bright.

The price for the room is $300 per month, including water, parking space and TV. Bills (electricity + high-speed internet) come around $30 per person a month without use of air conditioning, and at the moment, we also have a cleaning lady coming twice a week at an extra cost, but that can be discussed and re-arrange later.

The room will be available on the 4th of April (move-in date) 2016, but happy to store some of your belongings before if needed.

You will be sharing the apartment with one other person, a nice and easy-going flatmate who has been working in Phnom Penh for over 1 year.
