Hello all,

I'm moving back to Phnom Penh next week and am looking for a new home.
I need cheap cheap, preferably between Sihanouk blvd. and Wat Phnom below Monivong towards Riverside.
Hot water, AC are not essential but nice. Half furnished would be better, or at least with a bed.
Because of a very tight budget I can't afford much over $150 p. month.
As I do not know at the moment how long I'll be staying in PP a short term lease would be better.
1br, studio, share house/flat, khmer or western style... just anything is fine.
I'm a 22 year old female, light smoker and drinker, like to read and write, am rather quiet but social. In PP I'll be volunteering, writing, trying to get a paid job and studying anthropology through on-line courses from my local uni. So I doubt I'll be spending much time at home, but would like to have a place to call home. I don't want to live in a guesthouse for a long time.
