Looking for a room/apartment

Hi,
I will be in Phnom Penh for the next six month, working as an intern for GTZ. As I am still staying in a guesthouse I am looking for a room in a flat or for a one or two bedroom apartment I could share with someone.
My favourite area is BKK1...but I would also move somewhere else as long as it is not too far...

Hey, I have a house at Lakeside.It's a great house with a great garden.
There are 5 people who live here, one is just leaving.
It's about 10 min to BKK1, buut not as posh.
It's $140 including cleaning lady, elec, water own bathroom.
