Hi, my husband and I and our two kids (our little boy will be 2 years and our baby girl 6 months) need a furnished house to rent from about March 2009 for at least one year probably 2. We need 3 bedrooms plus study/guest room, parking and an outdoor space/garden for the kids to play. My husband will be working at RNK Radio national Cambodia which I believe is at Preah Kossamak Street 106 in the city, tho we don't have our bearings yet! We would ideally like a place that's not too far out of the centre of town with a pool or shared pool if it's in a complex. Outdoor space is very important because our little boy is a crazy toddler and will likely drive us mad otherwise! We're a bit terrified by the prices as we are Australian and will be subject to dollar variations but I think our budget will have to be around usd 2000-2500 per month.
