Looking for a roommate in a new 4 bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment near the intersection of Monivong and Mao Tse Toung. We live in a beautiful brand new apartment with a large living/dining area and TV, a great kitchen (with an oven!), washing machine, a bar area, and a nice view from the rooftop.

We are looking for someone to fill one bedroom with a double bed, spacious bathroom (with hot water), air-conditioning, and a lovely balcony. The bedroom costs $266 a month plus utilities.

Included: security (we live above a veterinarian's office and have a wonderful landlord), housekeeper, laundry, and cook 3x per week (who makes AMAZING dinners for us), and fast Internet 24 hours a day.

Roommates are 20-something females working at NGOs who will be in Phnom Penh for another year. Room is available starting April 2. Looking for a long-term roommate.
