Very nice and cozy old colonial loft apartment for rent on the riverside. Comes with all amenities: aircon, hot water in the bathroom, new fridge, micro oven, sophisticated washing machine and WIFI. Gorgeous terrace with riverview. Bedroom is on a mezzanine. One more bed is available downstairs in the living room.
Towels, sheets + kitchenware are all available. Security is very good. There is a terrace in the back as well to hang the laundry.
Rent is 750 per month all inclusive (cleaning once a week+ electricity + internet).

I take it it is a one bedroom gaff?
It's a loft style apartment with a bedroom on a mezzanine. What do you mean by one bedroom gaff? I will install a second bed (old chinese couch style/sofa) in the living room in the next weeks so you can accomodate guests in the living room
Ok I googled gaff. Hum... Victorian english for flat I presume...
