Have you rented the apt already at this point? If not, I would be interested in talking about renting 1 bedroom. I'm female, 23 yrs old, from NYC, and in Phnom Penh from June 10 through December working with the UN Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials. Please let me know.

Thank you,
Danielle

Sorry Danielle,

The apartment is already gone. I hope you find somewhere else nice!

I just read your add on expat-advisory.com. It sounds real good. I am already moving to Phnom Penh on the 24th, starting an internship at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia. I will be there for about 4 months. The office is in National Road 4, Chaom Chau Commune, Dangkao District, Phnom Penh P.O. BOX 71. I am having a bit of trouble finding the address on google maps so I have no clue if thats close to your flat or not.

I am 26 (german) and have lived in shared flats since I am 16. Have just finished an internship in Berlin but normally live in Spain. Anyway, let me know your thoughts.

Hi, the place is very quiet and neighbours too... It's a good location, close to BKK1 and 5 min from Sihanouk Blvd.

Yes, a very quiet area for such a city-centre location. Very little traffic ever comes down our street, because it is kind of tucked away behind Monivong.

Hi,
I am looking for a new apartment as of July and was wondering where exactly your apartment is - which street it is on? I currently live on off Sihanouk Blvd (5mins walk from Lucky Supermkt) and don't want to move too far from here!!
I would like to share with someone - are either of the rooms still available?
Please let me know
Thanks

Hi Jackie
the apartment is very close to Sihanouk ( 5 min). the street is number 300, just off Monivong.
One room will be available from June 6 and the other from july 18. So if you want to move in in june and then find a flatmate to share it, it would be ok. there are other people seeing the flat in the next days, so if you want to visit, let me know and we can arrange for it.

Hi Manuela,
I'm actually looking to move in July... so if it was to work out it would be July 18th. Is it possible to come and see the apartment over the next few days?
Thanks
