I just arrived in Phnom Penh and I am looking for a place to settle long term (1 or 2 years). I am taking the time to choose the place carefully so anybody who has some great offers, please let me know. Here are some characteristics of the ideal apartment/house I would be looking for:

- 1 or 2 bedrooms
- furnished or semi-furnished, including fridge and washing machine.
- secure, quite and calm place of town
- air conditioned
- independent entrance.
- parking space for motobike
- A garden, pool, gym or internet included would all be plus points
- my ideal price range would be $200-$300, but I am willing to go up if the place is really amazing.

I am not interested in sharing an apartment with other housemates, but I don't mind being part of a bigger residential complex.
