My husband and I will be living in Phnom Penh from approximately November 2008 to June 2010. We are in need of an apartment or house. We would like to pay $300 USD per month or at the very most $350 USD per month. We can't afford to pay anymore than that for rent. We are looking for the following characteristics:

secured and safe neighborhood
furnished/partly furnished
2-3 bedrooms
2-3 bathrooms
kitchen with gas stove and refrigerator
washer and dryer machines
air conditioner
fan
NO or little noise from outside (not next to a club or dance studio or construction site)
mosquito screens on all windows
parking garage for our car
gate
balcony or rooftop access (?)
