I AM: Current renter who is moving out and helping my landlords rent their flat to the next person.
Flat is a second floor walk up, one bedroom, one bath, HUGE terrace and very large living room.
PERIOD: available the weekend of july 20
PRICE: $450 ono
LOCATION: BKK 3, just south of 360
DESCRIPTION: my wife and I have lived here for two years and love it but we are moving b/c we need a second bedroom. Landlords are very nice and security has never been a problem. PM me or call for more info.

Those are my photos. With my furniture, that MOST CERTAINLY does not reflect the current situation of that apartment.
Also, the landlords were not great, and they did not give back our security deposit because they wanted to buy new sheets and they charged us for regular maintenance like painting.
We had a leak that flooded the kitchen for nearly 6 months without repair.
I would not rent here again.
