Nice flat with one room, one big mezanine and a balcony on Riverside, street 118 (in front of Memphis pub).
There is also a toilet cabinet in the bedroom and a big bathroom with a bathtub. AC in the living room and in the room but the flat is really cool so no need to use it.
There is the possibility to set up a second room and/or small lounge on the mezanine.
The flat is furnished and there is an oven (cuisinière) in the kitchen (american style kitchen).

If the flat is still available i'm definately interested. Just a few questions, is there a minimum rental time on the lease, and how quiet is the area (considering it is near a bar)?
I don't arrive in PP until Tuesday, so I will call on wednesday if the flat is still available.
