Dear animal lover
I arrived in Sihanoukville 5 weeks ago. There was a stray Rottweiler in the neighbourhood, abandoned by his owner. The family of the guesthouse I stay started to feed and bath him. 'PUPPY' is a male, approx. 1y.o. and even he is not a pure-bred Rottweiler he is a good-looking, intelligent and sweet boy that likes people and got along well with the three young girls in the family..
After PUPPY stayed with us for one month a neighbour stole him on May 9 and tied him to his house on a short leash. Now he claims the dog to be his and is asking 400USD for that poor animal.
We are very worried that PUPPY suffers too much and ends up in a cooking pot.
I need to be out of the country in two weeks.
