Some of you may have seen the Phnom Penh Post article on Madame Loan.For the past five years Madame Loan has visited Wat's in Phnom Penh and fed the stray dogs and cats abandoned there. PPAWS is a group that has formed to try and help her and the animals. Madame Loan has many contacts in the Khmer community and knows where there are puppies and dogs that need a home and I tend to collect the kittens and sick cats from a few of the Wats and try to find them homes. If you would like to help us, or have some good ideas that we can use for fundraising then please contact me on 017293654. We try to meet once a week and this weeks meeting (Sept 11th, Sunday) is at Comme a la Maison at 10.30am.
