PPAWS is fundraising to buy and convert a van into a mobile vet van

Hi Everyone, PPAWS is raising funds to buy a van and then have it converted into a mobile veterinary van. This would mean it could be driven to pagodas for treating animals and even driven to areas of Cambodia that do not have vets for spaying and neutering campaigns.
