I need to find one. Am using a washing up bowl at the moment but is too small and a bit high for my little cat. Any ideas?

Buy 24 cans of beer in a box, take cans out of box, fold top flaps of box inwards. Line box with newspaper. Cambodia Daily is especially good at soaking up faeces. Add river sand (beach sand if you have it) clean or replace sand every few days.

Drinking cans of beer optional. Call marklatham if assistance with beer is required

Beer cans can also be substituded with soft drinks. Not need to call marklatham if cans are substituted.

hope this helps.
Heres hoping others will also come along and offer other suggestions.

Thanks. Very inventive. Will do my best to cope with the influx of beer.

Buy a large aluminum baking tray - fill with cat litter.

Works a treat!

Hi Mango,

Try visiting or calling Cambo Pet World Co. Ltd, No.S107, Street Silver, Golden City, Sovanna (Sovanna is a newly developed area so Street Silver might not be shown on maps). Tel: 023 217 068.

Although they specialize in dogs/puppies, I've seen kittens as well. I got their brochure from Agrovet Veterinary, N.26 street 294. Tel: 023 216 323

Cat litter is SO expensive - I am spending $50 a month for 2 cats. Any suggestions? Does sand work? Loveliest cats but kind of over the 'waste' so to speak.

Yes, you can use sand. Newspaper is also another good substitute. Check out the websites below:-

You could try this if you have more time.

Do let us know which one turns out best for you, that is if you try them all. Good luck.
