Buying Beagles in Cambodia

I'm looking to buy a Beagle here, but the only possibility I've found so far is Happy Pet Shop in Phnom Penh. They order dogs but I want to know where they order them from and how I can know the pup is going to be healthy. I suspect their origin is not a good one.
Does anyone know anything about this, or know where I can get a healthy Beagle puppy?
I've looked into transporting from the West but the options don't work out for me.

(for those of you wonderful people who work at animal rescues, I know you want to encourage me to adopt a rescued pet but I'm honestly not interested in this point in time so please don't try. Keep doing your great work!)
I grew up with beagles but I think Cambodia would be a nightmare for them. There is definitely one couple here with a nice beagle puppy who shows up to nerd night once in a while.
I've come across a few in Thailand including one that belongs to an American with a guesthouse on the Aranyaprathet side of the border crossing. The vast majority of actual breeds you'll find here come from very questionable origins.
I got my female red nose pitbull from Happy dog, the problem is they don't give u much information about the origins of the puppy, they dont even give u the picture of the parents. But so far my dog is healthy and non agressive at all, little stubborn sometimes but I guess its normal for a pitbull.
I had also beagle before but he was so weak and so sick... I think the weather in cambodia is really hard for them and I guess it was a wrong pick.
If you want find beagle breeder, u dont need to look too far u can find in thailand.
