Job Title: Hotel General Manager
Caring about the wellbeing of the guests and the team who supports the operation.

Remuneration: Fixed + yearly bonus

The TeaHouse is a centrally located 52-room hotel opened in 2012 (gardens, swimming pool, spa, bar/restaurant and 50 – 90 USD rooms).
The TeaHouse is very service-oriented and well positioned on the market. It has a high occupancy and the ambition to remain in the top 5 of its category.

The Job
Lead the existing team to perform its operations at best customer service level.
Position and price the hotel according market fluctuations and optimize online booking websites visibility.
Oversee the staff organization chart, conduct recruitments, supervise trainings.
Develop the links with local businesses / increase corporate reservations.
Create innovative ideas and activities to boost image and notoriety.
Optimize finances, supervise accounting, do the monthly and yearly reports for the owners.
Ensure highest quality standards are kept for facilities and services.

Requirements
• Preferably aged between 35 to 50 years old, extremely available.
• Proven successful management experience of a similar size facility in Asia.
• Previous experience of a business re-organizing, preferably in the field of tourism.
• Solid understanding of the tourism market trends, online communication and booking tools.
• Personally interested in international leisure traveling, large range of destinations visited.

Required Skills
• Ability to lead and efficiently coordinate a team of over 50 staff.
• Ability be at ease with local authorities, demanding guests, suppliers, important clients.
• Be passionate about Customer Service.
• Strong financial background, able to manage budgets and control costs.
• Well organized, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
• Fluent in English. French, Khmer or Chinese being a plus.
